Import Go1 courses into Rival Learn

• Importing Go1 courses requires that you have licensed Go1 content, Go1 integration setup is complete, and you are an admin user in a workgroup with the Go1 Course Import privilege.

1. From the Student Portal navigation bar, click Administration.
2. Click GO1 Import. The Go1 Course Catalog (Content Hub) opens.
3. Find the courses you want by:
   • Entering keywords to search by
   • Using filters to narrow your search
   • Scrolling through the Content Hub library

     Tip: To preview a course, click its description.

4. To select a course, check its check box.
5. Repeat step 3 for each course you want to select.
6. Click Add selection to and then select My Library. The course or courses you selected are uploaded to your My Library.
7. Click the My Library tab to view the current courses in your library.
8. Click Import to Learning. The Import Go1 Courses to Learning page opens.
9. Select an existing course catalog or define a new one to import the course(s) into.
10. Set options and assign course categories and content object categories. Note that:
    • The Set Catalog Status Active option is checked by default.
    • Any Go1 categories will automatically be created or associated to each imported course and applied to the Catalog Item, Course and/or Content Object.
    • The Content Object Status defaults to Library.
11. Click Begin Import. After a successful import, the Go1 courses are available in the course catalog selected in step 8.
