Add a social media icon to outgoing emails

• You can add the following social media icons to outgoing career site emails: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Vimeo, and Linkedin.

1. From the Career Site List page, click beside a career site.
2. From the Career Site Settings page, click Social Media. The Manage Social Media Icons page opens.
3. Turn on the Show icons on outgoing career site emails toggle.
4. Select an icon color scheme. Options are:
   • Color
   • White
   • Dark

     Tip: Select a color scheme that does not conflict with your custom footer background color. For example, white icons on a white background are not a good look.

5. For the social media icon you want to add, enter its website URL in the appropriate box.

   Note: If you do not enter a website URL for a social media icon, it is not displayed.

6. Click Save.
