Application form overview

An applicant completes an application form when applying to jobs listed on a Candidate Experience career site. There are two types of application forms.

  • Number of pages for the application form (no limit)
  • Fields/questions to display on each page
  • Order in which those fields/questions display on each page
  • Field labels that display to applicants on career site Note that:
  • If your company has more than one career site, you can configure an application form for each site. You can also configure a different application form on the same career site for different languages.
  • If you do not configure and publish an application form, the Quick Apply form is used by default.
