Import a career site

  • After Rival Support sets up a legacy external or internal career site, you can import it into Candidate Experience.
  • A legacy external or internal career site is the basis for a Candidate Experience career site.
  • Once imported, you configure the settings to control how your Candidate Experience career site looks and functions.
  1. Log into your Candidate Experience Admin portal. There are two ways to log in:
    • Use the URL of your Candidate Experience Admin portal. You receive the URL from the Rival employee who created the instance.
    • Click the Candidate Experience Admin career site option that appears when you click your avatar in the header of your Rival Recruit application. (This method is only available if you have the Configure Candidate Experience permission.) The Career Site List page opens.
  2. Click Import beside the career site to import. The Career Site Settings page opens and you can configure the settings.
