Fee agency application form overview

Note: This option is not available for internal career sites.

A fee agency completes an application on behalf of a candidate for fee agency jobs. There are two types of fee agency application forms.

TypeDescription
Quick Apply

A pre-defined, one page application form that prompts for applicant first name, last name, email, and resume/CV.

This is the default fee agency application form. It is used if there is no published configured fee agency application form.

Configured application

A custom application form that you configure. You can configure:

  • Number of pages for the application form (no limit)
  • Fields/questions to display on each page
  • Order in which those fields/questions display on each page
  • Field labels that display to applicants on career site
  • Whether an email notification is sent to a fee agency when a resume is submitted for a fee agency job Note that:
  • If your company has more than one career site, you can configure an application form for each site. You can also configure a different application form on the same career site for different languages.
  • If you do not configure and publish a fee agency application form, the Quick Apply form is used by default.

Good to know

  • On a configured application, default fields (First Name, Last Name, and Email Address) cannot be removed from the application form but can be moved to other pages.
  • A form is in draft status until you publish it. A published form is live.
  • You can only edit a form while it is in draft status.
  • You can clone existing live and archived pages, make edits, and then publish to replace live version. (Click eye icon to view, then clone.)
  • plus icon (add), pencil icon (edit), copy icon (clone draft), up arrow icon (publish), trash can icon (delete draft), eye icon (view live, archived)
  • Fee agency users can submit as many resumes as needed to the same job using their own name and email address multiple times. With each submission, a new candidate record is created while the source is listed as the fee agency.
