Candidate Access

In Rival Recruit, candidates do not need to create an account to apply for jobs. Instead, they receive a secure, one-time login link via email. Here’s how it works:

• When a candidate starts an application or requests access to their information, they enter their email address.
• A one-time login link is sent to that email.
• Clicking the link gives them access to a set of choices.
• They can view or complete their application, without needing to remember a password or manage an account.
