How Email Credits Work
Every Rival Search seat comes with 300 email request credits and 300 access credits per month, unless more credits are included in your contract. There are two types of Email Credits:
- Email request credits
- Access credits
Both are replenished on the first day of each month. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month. Credits are shared across the entire team, which provides additional flexibility for the organization.
Access Credits
Access credits are used by either:
- "Viewing" an email address of a candidate (by clicking view email on their profile)
- Emailing a candidate (by clicking contact)
- Exporting a candidate profile (even if an email address is not on file)
Note: Once you view or email a candidate, no additional credits will be used when viewing/emailing the same candidate again. This includes when other users on your team contact the same candidate.
Note: Each time you export a candidate's profile, an access credit is used. It is helpful to keep track of all exported profiles, so multiple usages of credits do not occur. Export actions include "export to PDF", "export to CSV", "export to ATS", and downloading a Project. When exporting a candidate's profile, we include comprehensive information about a candidate that includes their education, experience, skills, social links, and more. A credit is consumed for an export even if the profile does not contain an email address.
