Turn on unbiased sourcing mode options
- From the header, click
. The Unbiased Sourcing Mode page opens. - Select an option or options to toggle on.
- Anonymize names
- Hide names
- Hide school names
- Hide employment gaps
- Hide employers
- Hide years of experience
- Hide graduation dates
- Substitute gender-specific pronouns
Tip: To select all options, click Select All.
- Click Save.
