Candidate Survey Analytics

The Candidate Survey analytics report gives recruiters an overview of candidate satisfaction within your hiring process.

Report Filters

The graphs can be filtered based on how the recruiter wants to view the data. They can filter on combinations of:

• Department
• Position
• Stage
• Time Frame

Candidate Survey Statistics

This is a list of key statistics to determine the performance of your surveys and the satisfaction of your candidates.

Total # of Survey Invites: the number of survey invitations sent within the selected time period.

Completed Surveys: number of surveys completed by candidates for all invitations sent within the selected time period.

Completion Rate: percentage of completed surveys for all invitations sent within the selected time period.

Average Survey Score: average survey score of candidates that are providing responses. This is a measure of candidate satisfaction.

Survey Score Distribution

The bar chart gives the user an indication of the distribution of candidate scores across the 1 to 5 scale.

Raw Data Report

The raw data report includes the full list of survey related events that can be downloaded as CSV. This data can be used to do more custom or advanced reporting by customers themselves.
