Understanding the Candidate Survey Application

What is the Survey Web Application?

It's a standalone web application that serves for conducting Surveys based on Candidate Survey Template settings and content.

The web applications are responsive therefore supported both on a desktop computer and mobile device.

How does the candidate access it?

The only way to access the application is through a direct link that the candidate receives with the Invitation to take Survey email (and) SMS. For more details go to Candidate Survey.

There is no candidate registration or sign-in is required, the link will always open the Survey landing page.

What happens when the Survey is completed?

As soon as the candidate submits the survey, it is marked as completed and its scores are available for recruiters. For more details on review check Survey Analytics.

After the survey is marked as completed and the candidate clicks the link again, he will see the 'Survey Already Completed' page.

Custom Branding

The Survey Web Application interface color for main CTA-s and Links by the configuration the primary and secondary color on the Brand Assets page in the Library.

In the header of the application, the 'Logo' image will be populated by the department logo for the position the candidate applied and if there is no department logo it will be filled by the company logo.
