Changing Your Password

1. Log in to 'My Dashboard'.
2. Select 'Settings' from the drop-down menu on the top right (under your name).
3. From here you will be able to update your name, password, and email.
4. Click Save.

Note that we impose the following password rules:

• At least 8 characters
• At least one uppercase letter
• At least one lower case letter
• At least one number
• No more than two consecutive identical characters:Example: Passsword1 / Password1

Forgot your password? Please follow these steps:

1. Go tohttps://www.conveyiq.com/
2. Click "Log in" in the top right-hand corner. You will be redirected to a sign-in page.
3. Click 'Forgot your Password?'
4. Enter an Email address.
5. You should receive a reset email within the next 10 minutes.
