Digital Interviewing Quick Start Guide

Below you will find a quick start guide that contains 6 Simple Steps to get you started with Convey IQ by Entelo.

Step 1: Settings - Please ensure that your company settings are properly set up prior to utilizing the platform for interviews. This includes Company settings (check On-Demand interview setting), Departments, Stage Management (add a stage for Digital Interviews and Live Interviews), and User Management.

Step 2: Please make sure to add your company’s logo prior to sending out messages. Go to the Library to add your logo to Brand Assets.

Step 3: Please go to Positions to create any positions that you plan to use digital interviewing for.
Step 4: Please go to the Candidate section to add the candidates that you would like to add to the positions that you will be utilizing the platform for. You can add them individually or you can add a CSV file to import your candidates from your ATS.

Step 5: Go to the Library to create an on Demand Template. Don’t forget to preview the On-Demand interview!

Step 6: Go to the Position section or the Candidate section to Send On-Demand Templates or a Live Interview link to candidates.
