On-Demand Analytics
The On-Demand analytics report gives recruiters an overview of the performance of the on-demand interviews that have been sent to their candidate pools.
Report Filters
The graphs can be filtered based on how the recruiter wants to view the data. They can filter based on a combination of:
- Department
- Position
- Stage
- On-Demand Template
- Time Frame
On-Demand Statistics
This is a list of key statistics to determine the performance of on demands sent to candidates
Total # of Invites: number of on-demand invitations sent within the selected time period.
Completed On Demands: number of on demands completed by candidates for all invitations sent within the selected time period.
Completion Rate: percentage of completed on demands for all invitations sent within the selected time period.
Average Time to Complete: the average amount of time it takes candidates to complete an on-demand interview from the moment of invitation.
On-Demand Funnel Conversion
The funnel conversion rate graph shows the percentage completion by question for all candidates that have started an interview. This gives you an indication of where to optimize the set of questions to improve conversions.
Note: This graph gets reset any time the on-demand template is updated.
Raw Data Report
The raw data report includes the full list of on-demand related events that can be downloaded as CSV. This data can be used to do more custom or advanced reporting by customers themselves.
