Delete a Form

• You can delete a Form Builder form—if a user is not currently filling it out.
• You cannot delete Library or Custom Forms.

1. From the navigation bar, click Administration>Forms. The Forms Administration page opens.
2. In the list beside a Form, click and then click Delete.
3. On the confirmation pop-up, click Yes.
