Forms tab

Use this tab to view and work with in-process or completed Forms for an employee. You can also upload additional documents (supporting documents).

Key info

• You must have the correct privileges to view information on this tab.
• This tab has collapsible sections: Forms and Additional Forms.
• Click a document's form name link to view it.
• You can print and download in-process or completed Forms.
• You can upload supporting (additional) Forms.

Good to know

• Click a column heading to sort by that heading.
• I-9 forms appear on the I-9 tab.
• Employee documents uploaded through portal appear on the Documents tab.
