Print a self-service Form to PDF

1. From the navigation bar, click Administration>Forms. The Forms Administration page opens.
2. Click the Forms tab.
3. For the Form you want to preview, click .
4. Click Print Standard PDF. The system generates a PDF and downloads it to your computer. From there, you can open it and print it.
