Enable (turn on) the survey feature

  • To get the survey feature, contact your Rival account manager or support staff. They will link the survey app to your system and then perform the steps in this topic. After that, the survey feature is ready to use!
  1. From the navigation bar, click Administration>Settings.
  2. Click the UI tab.
  3. Scroll down to the Survey and eForm Builder setting.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Move to Survey Forms toggle to On.
  6. Click Save.
