View published versions of a self-service Form

• If a Form has multiple published versions, you can view a list of versions and preview.

1. From the navigation bar, click Administration>Forms. The Forms Administration page opens.
2. Click the Forms tab.
3. For the Form you want to view versions for, click . The versions are shown in a pop-up window.
4. Click beside a version to preview.
