Self-service Forms overview

Self-service Forms are electronic forms that eliminate the need for paper forms. You can push self-service Forms to assignees (like new hires) to capture, validate, and store data.

Self-service Forms are similar to legacy eForms but offer some advantages:

• Modern look and feel
• Configure an entire form or specific fields to refresh the default content when a form is reopened
• Rollback a Form to a previous version
• Copy elements and sections to quickly duplicate fields within a Form
• Inline text supported in Static Text elements
• Country specific address formatting supported
• Check boxes and radio button options can be displayed horizontally or vertically
• Hover help available on elements in Form Builder
• Auto save occurs every 15 seconds when creating a Form and actively completing it
