I-9 Search

Search for and download I-9 form records.

  1. From the navigation bar, click Reports > I-9 Search. Or From the navigation bar, click Reports > I-9 Dashboard. Click Advanced I-9 Search. The I-9 Search page opens.
  2. Enter the selection criteria in any field.
  3. Choose Search to return the links to I-9 documents that meet the current criteria. Results appear in the results list.

Download I-9 search results

  1. From the navigation bar, click Reports > I-9 Search. Or From the navigation bar, click Reports > I-9 Dashboard. Click Advanced I-9 Search. The I-9 Search page opens.
  2. Enter the selection criteria in any field.
  3. Choose Search to return the links to I-9 documents that meet the current criteria. Results appear in the results list.
  4. Click Download and select an output file format:
    • XML: Results are generated in an xml file available to view or save.
    • Excel: Results are generated and Microsoft Excel is launched to open or save.
