Form privileges
What you can do with Forms depends on your privileges. In most cases, employees who can create and edit Forms have all the privileges listed. However, every organization is different, and you may want to control the assignment of privileges to meet your needs.

| Forms Library | Can see and restore new Forms available in the central forms library | Forms Library tab |
| Manage Form List Values | Can create and edit values available in Forms fields that are drop-down lists | Forms tab: Edit List Lists tab, Import Lists tab |
| Manage Forms | Can view, edit, or delete any Forms | Forms tab |

| Manage Settings - Logos | Can upload logos that are used in the system including the Form Builder | Logo tab on Settings menu |
