Manage Journeys (Events)

The Manage Journeys page is your central view for all event definitions in your organization. Events are displayed as cards, making it easy to scan, filter, and take action.

See our Guided Demo to walk through the Manage Journeys experience.

Access Manage Journeys

From the left navigation, go to Events & Forms > Events (or Journeys & Forms > Journeys if ROSI Journey Builder is enabled).

Event cards

Each event appears as a card showing:

  • Event title and AI-generated event summary
  • Task count — number of tasks in the event definition
  • Launch count — number of times the event has been launched
  • Color-coded categories — customizable tags for at-a-glance identification

Events built with ROSI Journey Builder are marked with a ROSI icon on their card.

Filter and sort

Use filters and sorting to find events quickly:

  • Status — Toggle between Active, Draft, and Retired events. You can select one or multiple statuses at once.
  • Category — Narrow results by specific categories or workflows.
  • Sort — Organize by name (alphabetical), task count, launch count, or last edit date.
  • Built by ROSI — Sort ROSI-created journeys to the top of the list.

Card actions

Click the three-dot menu (…) on any event card to access available actions:

  • Launch — Launch the event for an employee
  • Edit Tasks — Open the task hierarchy to modify task definitions
  • Clone — Create a copy of the event definition
  • Retire — Remove the event from active use (can be restored later)
  • Export — Export the event definition for migration to another environment

Clicking an event card opens its Event Definition page.

Build a new event

From the top of the page, click Build new event to create an event definition manually, or use ROSI Journey Builder to generate one with AI.

Re-open a ROSI journey

To return to a journey you previously created with ROSI, find it on this page and click its card. Journeys built with ROSI open directly in Journey Builder with your full draft state preserved — no need to start over.
