ROSI HR Agent

ROSI HR Agent helps administrators and HR users quickly access Workflow data, monitor activity, and troubleshoot issues using natural language.

Instead of navigating reports or multiple pages, you can ask ROSI questions and receive immediate answers based on live Workflow data.

What you can do

Monitor tasks and workload

  • Find tasks by status (for example, overdue, incomplete, completed, or expired)
  • Search tasks by name for precise results (for example, “I-9 Section 2 tasks”)
  • Retrieve all tasks assigned to a specific user to review workload and backlog
  • Generate summaries of task activity within a date range

Track events and workflow progress

  • Check event status (open, closed, or canceled)
  • Review progress for a specific employee’s onboarding or other event
  • Generate summaries of event activity over time

Find employee details and documents

  • Retrieve employee workflow details such as manager, department, and hire date
  • Locate documents associated with employees or events
  • Search for documents across the system by date range

Example questions

  • “Show me all overdue onboarding tasks this week”
  • “What events are still open for this department?”
  • “Find documents uploaded last month”
  • “Show all tasks assigned to [employee name]”

How ROSI responds

ROSI automatically adjusts the level of detail in its responses based on your question. Simple questions receive quick answers, while more complex requests return structured, detailed responses.

  • Quick responses for straightforward questions
  • More detailed explanations for analysis, trends, or troubleshooting
  • Follow-up questions are supported within the same conversation

What to expect

  • Responses are based on live Workflow data at the time of the request
  • Results reflect your role and access permissions
  • ROSI does not perform actions or update data in Workflow
  • Most queries use a limited date range for performance, with some exceptions (such as task searches by assignee)

If ROSI does not return the expected results, confirm the user has the appropriate access, refine the request (for example, include a name or date range), and verify that the underlying data exists.
