Journeys (Events)

Journeys (events) are the core building blocks of Workflow. A journey defines the lifecycle process an employee goes through — onboarding, offboarding, a role change, a compliance workflow, or any other structured experience your organization manages.

Each journey contains tasks, forms, notifications, and dependencies that activate on a timeline when the journey is launched for an employee.
