Exclude an individual from a learning journey

• This option is useful when you have an individual or individuals that you want to exclude from a learning journey that uses membership inclusion criteria. For example, let's say you set up this learning journey to push training to all users who have customer service jobs. However, you do not want to include Kamala Vincent because she is retiring. You would individually exclude Kamala from the learning journey.

1. In the Individual Exclusion for Students section, click Add.
2. Search for, select, and confirm the student you want to exclude from the learning journey.
