Add a performance objective

1. From the navigation bar, click Learning. Under Direct, click Performance Objectives. The Performance Objectives page opens.
2. Click Add. The Performance Objective Properties page opens.
3. Type a title for the performance objective.
4. (If applicable) Type a reference for the performance objective to make it easier to find in searches.
5. (If applicable) Type a comment.
6. In the Enabling Objective section, click Add and then:
7. Search for and select an enabling objective or objectives
8. Click Confirm.
9. Click Add.
