Run a scheduled report on demand (now)

  1. From the navigation bar, click Learning. Under Monitor, click Company Reports. The Company Reports page opens.
  2. Search for the scheduled report.
  3. In the list beside a scheduled report, click three-dot menu icon and then click Properties. The Company Report Properties page opens.
  4. Under Direct Link, click Run Now. A Running Report message appears. When done, a Report Ready message appears.
  5. Click Download Latest. The report is viewable if you are an authenticated Rival Learn user with permissions.
