Notifications

Notifications are rules-based messages that automate the communication process between administrators and students.

Key info

• A notification is sent based on an event. The event is the trigger that causes the notification to be sent.
• A notification must be enabled to be sent.
• Notification settings in Company settings are used for all notification messages. However, individual students can change their notification preferences in their profile and those user profile settings override company settings when user’s preference is different than company settings.
