Inactivate a course catalog item

  1. From the navigation bar, click Learning. Under Direct, click Course Catalog Item.. The Course Catalog Items page opens.
  2. For the course catalog item you want to inactivate, click three-dot menu icon and then click Properties. The Course Catalog Item page opens.
  3. Uncheck the Active check box.
  4. Click Save. In the Student Portal, the course catalog item no longer appears in a course catalog.
