Inactivate a course catalog

  1. From the navigation bar, click Learning. Under Direct, click Course Catalog. The Course Catalogs page opens.
  2. For the course catalog you want, click three-dot menu icon and then click Properties. The Course Catalog page opens.
  3. Uncheck the Active check box.
  4. Click Save. In the Student Portal, the catalog is no longer available for selection.
