Exclude the learning journey based on membership

  • You can use exclusion membership criteria to exclude students from a learning journey.
  • Exclusion criteria are jobs, job category, student group, and organization unit.
  • When using multiple exclusion criteria, the exclusion logic works like this: Within the same criteria, exclusion is based on OR logic. Across different criteria, exclusion is based on AND logic.
  1. In the Membership Exclusion section, to exclude the learning journey based on membership by:
    • Jobs, in the Jobs section, click Add and add a job or jobs.
    • Job categories, in the Job Categories section, click Add and add a job category or categories.
    • Groups, in the Groups section, click Add and add a group or groups.
    • Organizational units, in the Organizations section, click Add and add an organizational unit or units.
  2. Click Save.
