Instructor learning journey conflicts

The Planning Board automatically provides a visual indicator and lists any learning journey conflicts that result from assigning an unqualified Instructor to a session. Conflicts appear immediately in both the Session Calendar and the Resource Calendar as a red bar representing the session or event with the conflict.
