Grant access to the Analytics Summary dashboard

• Users do not have access to the Analytics Summary dashboard by default. They must be in a workgroup with assigned privileges to access.
• Access can be granular at the tile/chart level.

1. From the navigation bar, click Enterprise.Under Admin, click Workgroups. The Workgroups page opens.
2. Create a workgroup:
3. Click Add. The Workgroup Properties page opens.
4. Name the workgroup, for example Analytics Summary Group, and provide a description.
5. Select a status.
6. Select Administrator to create an administrator workgroup
7. Complete the remaining fields as appropriate.
8. Add the administrator users you want to have access:
9. In the Administrators grid, click Add.
10. Select the admin users and click Confirm.
11. Set the privileges:
12. Click Security Settings.
13. On the Workgroup Properties page, scroll down to the Analytics Summary section under Privileges.
14. For the tiles/charts you want to grant access to, click the View checkbox:
15. At the top of the page, click Add.
16. On the Workgroup Properties page, click Add.
