Add an attachment to a student's training activity

Note: This topic assumes you have performed steps in Assess training activities for students and are on the Enter/Edit New Student Training Activity Records page.

• You can upload a document to attach to the training activity. Maximum file size for the document cannot exceed 5 MB.
• Supported uploaded document file types are pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, ppt, pptx, pps, ppsx, odt, key, jpg, png, gif, and jpeg.

1. For the student and training activity you want, in the Attachment box, click . Browse and find the document and then double-click to select it.
2. Click Save. As an administrator, you can now view , remove , or download the attachment.
