  • Time-To-Start field calculates from the Original Posting Date (the day the job was first posted internally or externally) through the Start Date entered on the candidate's Hired stage page.
  • Time-To-Hire field calculates from the Original Posting Date through the day the candidate is physically moved into the Hired Stage.

This report includes active and inactive jobs.

The report can be filtered by hired date, department, company location, recruiter, hiring manager, business unit, and evergreen job posting. For performance purposes, the report uses the date stored in a data mart to ensure large sets of data can be extracted in real-time.

Unposted Requisitions by DateProvides up-to-the-minute information about requisitions that are currently in the approval process. The report can be filtered by create date, requisition creator, and department.

  • Results are grouped by the selection in the Group By field and sorted by sequence of the stages, followed by decreasing average number of days in the stage.
