Enable or Disable ROSI Copilot

ROSI Copilot provides in-product guidance in Recruit, helping users quickly find information and understand how to use features. Administrators can enable or disable ROSI Copilot from the Settings page.

  1. From the navigation bar, click Administration > Settings . The Settings page opens.
  2. Under the ROSI Features section, click the ROSI Copilot link.
  3. In the pop-up, set the option to Yes to enable, or No to disable.
  4. Click Save.

When ROSI Copilot is disabled, the ROSI Copilot icon is no longer visible to users. Other ROSI features (Job Descriptions, Outreach, Email Templates) are not affected by this setting.
