Enable a non-binary option for candidate gender question

  • Enabling the setting adds non-binary as an option to the "What is the candidate's gender?" question when editing a candidate's EEO Profile.
  • This setting does not control the non-binary option in Candidate Experience career sites.
  1. From the navigation bar, click Administration>Settings. The Settings page opens.
  2. Click the EEO Info link.
  3. Set the Show Non-Binary option for the "What is the candidate's gender?" question to Yes.
  4. Click Save.
