Clone a job posting

• Cloning creates an exact copy of an existing active or inactive job posting.
• A cloned job posting is created with an On Hold status. To make it available for viewing, you must change the status.

1. From the navigation bar, click Jobs>Job Tracking. The Jobs page opens.
2. (If applicable) Filter to limit search results.
3. In the list, click a job title. The Job Posting Details page opens.
4. Click and click Clone This Job.
5. On the confirmation pop-up, click OK. The Edit Job Postings - Position Details page opens.
6. Make your changes.
7. Click Save.
