Remove an attachment from a job posting

• This topic only applies if the add attachments feature is enabled on your system and a job posting contains an attachment.
• Recruiting managers, administrators, and recruiters can remove attachments from job postings.

1. From the navigation bar, click Jobs>Job Tracking. The Jobs page opens. (If applicable) Filter to limit search results.
2. In the list, click a job title. The Job Posting Details page opens.
3. Click and click Edit This Job. The Edit Job Posting - Position Details page opens.
4. Click and select Edit Job Posting-Attachments. The Edit Job Posting-Attachments page opens.
5. Click the check box beside an attachment.
6. Click Remove Selected.
7. On the confirmation pop-up, click OK.
