Access to Source with ROSI depends on user permissions. Administrators can assign sourcing permissions to additional users as needed.

Settings

Administrators can manage sourcing-related options in Administration > Settings > ROSI Features > ROSI Sourcing.

These settings include Unbiased Sourcing options and Diversity and Inclusion settings, which control how candidate information is displayed and which diversity filters are available during sourcing.
