Source with ROSI for a job posting

• This topic tells you how to search for passive candidates for a specific job posting.
• Alternate method: Source with ROSI (open search).

1. From the navigation bar, click Jobs>Job Tracking. The Jobs page opens.
2. (If applicable) Filter to limit search results.
3. For the job you want to source, click either the internal or posted job title link. The Job Posting Details page opens.
4. Click Source with ROSI. Source with ROSI opens. The Job Title filter is prepopulated with the job posting job title. The Skills filter is prepopulated with the list of skills extracted by the system from the job description and anything entered in the Required Skills field. The Location filter is prepopulated with the location from the job posting and within 50 miles. The candidate profile results appear on the right side of the page.

   Tip: You can adjust these prepopulated filters. You can edit the Job Title filter, add or remove skills from the Skills filter, and edit the Location filter.

5. Use any combination of the following filters to narrow the results even further. Diversity (this filter is available if at least one diversity type is selected) Education Experience Highlights Industry
