Checkr Integration Overview

Good to know

  • If your company does not yet have a Checkr account, one must be created during the integration process with Rival.
  • Rival allows the user to try to submit a background check again in the case there was a failure. Follow the steps under “Order Background Checks” below to resubmit a background check for your candidate.
