Sign In & Access

Sign in to Recruit

1. Navigate to your Rival Recruit instance.
2. Sign in using your username and password. (Password is case sensitive.)

   Note: If you attempt to sign in five times consecutively with an incorrect username or password, you will be locked out for five minutes. You can then try to sign in again. If you are unable to sign in, use the Forgot password link to reset your password.

3. Click Login.

Reset forgotten password

1. From the Sign in page, click Forgot password? link.
2. On the Forgot password page, follow the directions on the page.
3. Click Send. A system-generated email is sent and provides a link to reset your password.

Log out (Sign out)

Use the Log Out link (top of the interface) to close your Rival Recruit session.

Note: After 59 minutes of inactivity, you are logged out automatically.
