Here's a quick look at some key elements of the Analytics/Reports UI:

1Filters

Filters are used to select a subset of data. Filters vary by report. Some filters:

  • Is any time: Select a date range. Click + to add additional date ranges (Or operand).
  • Is any value: Select a value from a drop-down list.
2Last refreshShows when the report data was last refreshed.
3RefreshClick to refresh the report to get the most up-to-date data.
4Show/hide filtersClick to show or hide filters.
5Dashboard actionsClick vertical three-dot menu icon to view dashboard actions.
6Data gridShows the report data.
7Column actionsClick vertical three-dot menu icon on a column heading to view column actions.
8Column sortClick down chevron iconup chevron icon to sort column in ascending or descending order.
9Tile actionsClick vertical three-dot menu icon to view tile actions.
