Interview requests

Note: This section tells you about the interview functionality that comes with Rival Recruit. Interview Scheduler is a new, purchasable solution that has more capabilities.

Two methods for creating interviews:

• Schedule the appointment and conduct the interview using Rival Recruit
• Enter interview details performed outside of Rival Recruit

Note: Rival Recruit free-busy Interview Scheduler requires the use of the ActiveX component. Interview Scheduler allows Recruiters and Recruiting Managers to see interviewer availability.
