Select fields to hide on the offer approval card

  • You can hide fields that you do not want to appear on offer approval cards on the Task List.
  • All fields—except Required Experience and Required Skills—are selected by default. Uncheck the fields you want to hide.
  • You cannot hide custom or required fields. They are always included in the offer approval card.
  1. From the navigation bar, click Administration>Settings. The Settings page opens.
  2. Click the Displayed Offer Approval Fields link. The Displayed Offer Approval Fields page opens.
  3. In the Approval Card column, uncheck the fields to hide.
  4. Click Save.
