Send a candidate a link to a limited job posting

  1. From the navigation bar, click Jobs>Job Tracking. The Jobs page opens.
  2. (If applicable) Filter to limit search results.

    Tip: Set the Posting Status filter to Limited to see only limited job postings.

  3. In the list, click a job title. The Job Posting Details page opens.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the job details.
  5. In the Candidate Experience (CX) Career Site Link(s) section, click copy icon to copy the job posting's link.
  6. Paste the link into an email, chat box–or any other way you electronically communicate with the candidate. The candidate can then click the link and view the job posting in Candidate Experience and apply if they want.
