Talent pool insights

Talent pool insights are system-generated insights based on the talent pool from the search results.

Talent pool insights populate after you apply at least one job title or skill as a filter.

Click a talent pool insight to create a subset of candidates based on that insight. For example, if you want only candidates who attended Harvard, click the Harvard Business School insight.
