eForm (by customization only)
- An eForm/eApplication is a custom built application form. While it is often collected by making an emailed request to a candidate, it can be configured in such a way that it replaces parts of the standard candidate submission process.
- An eForm may consist of multiple pages. If the eForm is being presented as part of the initial submission process, it must always be preceded by the Contact Information form and followed by the Job Preferences form (or the next available form if the Job Preferences form has been removed).
- An eForm is created as a chargeable services engagement by the implementation services group.
- Multiple eForms cannot be strung together in series.
Internal Information form
Shown on the iPostings internal applicant interface only. It collects info pertinent to a candidate’s status as an employee. Available fields include:
- Current Department
- Current Supervisor
- Current Position Title
- Current Work Phone No.
- Current Work Location
Any of the above fields can be removed from the form. If the field is not removed, it is required. In addition, a customer can opt to display up to 10 custom fields on the Internal Information form.
Fields that go together
- Job Preferences: the "Willing To Relocate," "Relocation Preferences" and "Other Relocation Preferences" fields can only be enabled or disabled together.
- Work Authorization Status: the "Are you authorized to work in" and "Additional countries authorized to work in" fields can only be enabled or disabled together.
Resume/CV Content form
Depending on the option chosen on the Resume/CV Submission Options form, candidates are able to copy/paste, "build a resume" or upload their resume. There are no configurable options on these forms.
Screening Questions form
This step displays job-specific screening questions and is only visible if the job has associated screening questions. Screening questions are configured and controlled by the user posting the job. There are no configurable options on this form.
Equal Employment Opportunity form
Four questions are available. Any of the questions can be hidden. The question wording and the answers cannot be customized.
- What is your gender?
- What is your race?
- Are you disabled? (hidden by default)
- What is your Veteran Status? (hidden by default)
