Select fields to hide when creating requisitions

  • You can hide fields that you do not want to appear when creating requisitions.
  • All fields are selected by default–which means they all appear on requisition forms. Uncheck the fields you want to hide.
  • The fields are organized by section–just like on the actual requisition page. If you uncheck all fields in a section, that section header is hidden.
  1. From the navigation bar, click Administration>Settings. The Settings page opens.
  2. Click the Displayed Requisition Fields link.
  3. For the fields you want to hide, uncheck the Display check box.

    Tip: You cannot hide required fields.

  4. Click Save.
